How to download your Virtual Set?

• 1. First watch the reference video to choose the angles you need.
• 2. Click the thumbnails to view a large snapshot of the angle and foreground elements in high resolution
• 3. Select your desired Video Resolution Size and the Angles you want to download, and add to cart.

How to send your logo to be included in your Virtual Set?

When you select the Angles you wish to download an Extra Options section will appear.

• 1. Click the LOGO option.
• 2. Upload your file. *For best results, please submit logo in either formats: AI / EPS / SVG or PNG in high resolution.
• 3. Include any comments in the "Instructions to the artists" text box.

Click "Add to Cart", and after making your payment you will be redirected to your account where you will have access your orders.

Your custom virtual background with logo will be ready in less than 3 days, your will be able to chat with our artists and once your order is completed you will receive your final virtual background on your order details page.

If you decided to purchased the default virtual background without any custom logo, you will be able to immediately download your files to your computer from the Account Downloads section.

How to use your Virtual Set?

Each angle includes a zipped individual file with all the background and foreground elements included for that specific angle. Simply unzip and import the .mp4 and .png files into your project and arrange each asset into the layers of your composition.
